The premise
PQuant Services Ltd is a Doha-based quantitative project-controls company. Its founding premise is that every capital project already records the data needed to measure its own risk — in the cost register, the resource assignments and the programme — and that this measurement has never been made.
PQuant's proprietary engine, RiskCircuit, makes it: a published, independently verified framework that reads a project's own records through the mathematics of dynamical systems and graph theory, producing engineering-grade diagnostics of resilience, coupling and exposure.
The company earns as it builds — expert-led forensic and advisory engagements today, the Register Analyser software tomorrow, continuous risk monitoring for programme owners thereafter — so that each stage of the product is validated by paying work, not ahead of it.

The engine
RiskCircuit: the measurement engine, developed and owned in Doha. Peer-reviewed core (Springer Nature, 2025), a seven-volume technical corpus, openly licensed (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0), with a documented prior-art review, and an engine specification independently re-implemented and reconciled against the corpus's worked registers, now under empirical test on public project data.
The practice
Forensic schedule and cost analysis for live disputes — as-built critical-path reconstruction as an auditable computation — together with quantitative risk analysis and predictive cost-control system design for contractors, owners and counsel.
The product
The Register Analyser — register in, diagnosis out — validating estimates and simulating changes live, at bid and through delivery, then continuous monthly risk monitoring for programme owners: early warning before distress becomes a dispute, delivered from Doha to the Gulf and beyond.
